Weight Loss Tips for Truck Drivers
1. Eat soup and salad for dinner. The soup needs to have a clear broth, instead of creamy. The salad needs fat free dressing and lots of fresh veggies and fruit
2. Run with an inverter the heavier the better 100 to 1200 watts. You would need to be sure that the electric of the truck can take that kind of load .Then you will be able to travel with a standard crock pot, which you can make your own soups with. Plus other low fat dishes. A George Forman Grill, you can cook more then just meat in your grill, bread and veggies ,if you have a cooler unit you could keep fish, pork chops, chicken.
3.Something for lunch could be low fat peanut butter and honey. With 100 percent whole wheat bread. You would be very surprised what a good meal this makes. If you like cinnamon you could also put a little on each sandwich, the cinnamon makes you burn fat faster.
4.Next would be your exercise program. Travel with weights, whatever size is good for your fitness level. Work your arms as you drive, then when you get done for the day. Look around what would give you a good workout. Would it be to put your foot up on the curb and do some curls for back exercises, how about push ups on the step of your truck, walk around the parking lot several times, just fifteen minutes, twice a day is very good.
There is a very good walking program that works well anywhere you choose to workout. It's call the T-Tapp. Find out more about it here
She has DVD's and Tapes you could carry with you til you learn the moves, then just walk and do it. They are really easy to do and gives your whole body a workout.
