Karen call Les and told him she loved the equalizer tandem and 5th wheel pin puller.
Les told her about the two guarantees
1. If she didn't like it for any reason send it back within 90 days and we would refund her money. "She said tye only way he could get the Equalizer away from her was "to kick my a**" She would fight to keep it in her sidebox..
Then he told her about the second guarantee
2. If you break it within a year send it back and we will replace or fix it for free.
She said " if I break it I will buy another A.S.A.P.
