New Tools for Truck Drivers
One of the major problems truck drivers have is pulling the tandem pins, so the tandem can be moved. The tandem is a part of the trailer that will equalizer the weight over the axles. They come with pins that hold the tandem in place. Over time the pin and the hole in the tandems get worn so the pins will not come out very easy. The drivers hurt their shoulders trying to pull the pins, so the tandems can be moved.
There are a lot of tandem pullers out there, but for some reason or another they don't work. The drivers buy them and end up throwing them away. Sometimes the drivers get hurt when trying to use them. Like the other day a driver was using one that had springs on it. The spring broke and she lost an eye.
A new tandem puller has been invented (patent pending) "The Equalizer Tandem Pin Puller" that uses the side of the trailer for leverage. It doesn't have springs and it helps get the driver safe. It works so well that the drivers can have their tandems pulled and set in less then four minutes. You can't buy "the Equalizer Tandem Pin Puller" in stores you can only get it at http://equalizerpinpuller.com
I know that some day "The equalizer Tandem Pin Puller" will be in all the Semi trucks, but for right now the drivers will have to use what they have.
